  • "The program has made a big difference to how I feel".

    Before the program, I was quite affected by other people; if other people had an off day, I would think I might have done something to upset them; I was very outward-focused.

    During the program, I was really surprised to see that my inner critic was very negative, and I started to become aware of the way I was talking to myself. The awareness led to changing the way in which I spoke to myself. I replaced this with a patient, kind and encouraging voice (which has made such a big difference!). During the 10-week program, we covered a lot of topics. The things that stuck with me were around habits, awareness, breath work, your inner voice, tools to bring you back to a present state and that our lives/healing journeys are not a straight upward line.

    • One-off payment of $799 (payment plans available)

    • Absolutely! We’ve had first-timers and women who have been on their personal development journey for years. We cover a range of topics relevant for all stages of growth. Working on yourself is a continuous journey, whether you need a refresher, or you’re not sure where to begin - this is for you. The group element alone adds a layer of support.

    • It’s normal to feel nervous. My priority is making the group environment feel safe and supportive. There is no pressure to engage in any way that doesn’t feel right for you.
