Life has a beautiful way of guiding us - even when the path isn’t clear. Mine certainly wasn’t. It’s been a journey filled with lessons, growth and plenty of moments that shaped who I am today. From a young age, I was drawn to human behaviour and had a deep desire to help others. But it wasn’t until I saw a psychologist myself that things truly clicked. I began to understand why I thought and acted the way I did — and realised I wasn’t stuck. I could change. That experience lit something in me. I knew I wanted to help others feel that same sense of hope and possibility.

With a warm, down-to-earth approach rooted in psychology, coaching, and real-life experience, I guide women to understand what’s been holding them back and support them in creating lasting change.

Together, we’ll build your toolkit of practical strategies to take aligned action toward where you want to go. More than anything, my goal is to help make your mind feel like a safe and supportive place where you want to be — where it’s okay to make mistakes, embrace imperfection and navigate life challenges with more ease and self-compassion.

On a personal note…

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me walking my pup Alfie in nature (where we’re both happiest), dining out - wine bar enthusiast right here, playing tennis and spending quality time (my love language) with my people.

My approach.

Mindset Coach

Intuitive in nature and deeply empathetic in approach, I help people uncover what’s holding them back and guide them toward what’s possible. I see the potential in others, often before they see it themselves. And with the right support, they begin to believe in themselves too.

With a holistic lens, I recognise that every part of your life is connected - your relationships, work, sleep, movement, diet and even your menstrual cycle all play a role in your mental and emotional wellbeing. By understanding the full picture, we can create change that feels sustainable and right for you.

I hold space with warmth and compassion, creating a safe, judgment-free environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Many clients describe working with me as “speaking to a friend” — and that’s exactly how I want it to feel. Supportive, grounding and empowering.
