Hello, I’m Jo.

I’ve been where you are — a perfectionist who never felt quite good enough, repeating patterns of self-criticism and self-sabotage, longing for change and ultimately feeling stuck.

My own journey through these patterns led me to years of inner work, a degree in psychology and a coaching certification.

Now, I support women to break through what’s holding them back, and feel empowered in every part of their life — from relationships to career and everywhere in between.
